With 15+ years in corporate leadership, including supporting a $25M fundraise, advising celebrity and high-profile entrepreneurs, and overseeing major communications initiatives, Vanessa transitioned from executive to founder to build Out of Office Media: a Latina-owned creative agency and media studio based in Boston.

Vanessa blends business strategy, brand positioning, and soulful storytelling to help founders, award-winning chefs, attorneys, and leaders show up with presence, online and offline.

Her work has been recognized by the Boston Business Journal, featured in the documentary Still Working 9 to 5, and honored for advancing equity, visibility, and self-made success for women and first-generation entrepreneurs.
